Once they salesperson show me the windows I never heard from her again. I was told that financing would be available for the remainder and found out later it was not. The windows look nice but one of them has got issues with the seal around it and another one is in crooked
They incorrectly ordered our first order of windows. They were the wrong size.
The level of service prior to our installation was, honestly, terrible.
Why did I have to point out an installed window had a very clear and visible gouge when they were ready to leave? Why was it not brought to my attention immediately before installation or even after? If I had not performed my own walkthrough before signing, what would have happened? Now I have to jump through hoops to have my replacement window fixed? Low quality from a company I thought would perform a respectable job with quality work, apparently I was incorrect.
They have the worst customer service, do not follow up, and I would never recommend them.
I didn't have a good customer service or communications form Champion Windows.
Project was delayed due to Champions errors
