When needing to get an answer about an issue a manager reached out from the indianapolis location who was very disrespectful, talked down to me, and told me I should be grateful and tip the installer who is willing to take care of the issue. Specifically told me that even though he wasn’t my father he was going to talk to me like he is and said you should tip them for willing to take the bushes out for you. Initially I was pleased, until my wife saw the windows, installed. My wife liked Apex and still does.
We have been a fan of Champion since we got your windows years ago. We were pleased enough that when it was time to do some door replacements, you were the first place we called. This experience was not as positive as the first. The process took MUCH longer than expected and the product quality was not what was promised. It was all eventually resolved, but it took forever.
