The customer service was awful. The guys that installed it tore up my house and broke things. It took Champion two months to get back to me and they left me with a broken window. It was not a good experience.
Nothing was ever done on time.
We had a few things go wrong during the process that should not have been wrong but yet here we are. I should have canceled the order before they started working. When I first called, the lady said there wasn't anybody by that name. I didn't understand because she managed to tranfser me to the salesman. I should have stopped right there and went with a different company.
I like everything about them but they took a while to get them in. The guy was rude to me.
It took 3 months to get the doors. When they arrived they were the wrong doors.
