I am totally satisfied! They couldn't have done a better job!
Although we are pleased with our sunroom, we had issues as follows: The project supervisor did not communicate with us to our satisfaction. We requested certain modifications in the design of the stairs and railings, and our requests were ignored. The supervisor told us several times that he would visit the site to talk with us and that did not happen. Two of the crew members broke an existing light fixture and then denied it. The communication from the sales team to the installation team was absolutely horrible. They never returned my calls and would never reach out to me. In fact, they would ignore my calls.
