I would not recommend them right now because of the service I received. The room is up, but the way it got up, has been one thing after the other. We had two rainstorms that have occurred since my room has gotten up. I have water in the room. They were supposed to have repaired it, but we had torrential rain and there is still water in the room. I am waiting for them to come out. Installation went well, but I recently found out that I can't paint the caulking they used and now I have to find another alternative.

I didn't receive any compensation for having to wait around all day for no one to show up. is just as valuable.

Very poor follow-up service if you have a problem. Repeated phone calls for service have gone unanswered. Receptionist was very polite but for some reason the service manager does not care to return three phone calls to customers who help pay his salary. Good product but lousy service. I have posted same to Face Book.

Expensive windows for the installation required, Not happy with them not insulation around the window and the jamb. My stationary window is not stationary and slides.
