Snag in screen, we have called and reported the issue but have received no response on the issue being addressed. For new windows and screens, we expect better.
It took three months to complete the project. I had to physically to go to the building to get my windows installed.
The kitchen window is cracked about 9 inches diagonally from the installation and I called them and they said it would take 8-12 weeks to repair.
They were difficult to work with.
My project started June 8th and has had many problems. It will likely not be completed within the next two weeks
I have a light switch and water leaks and I have contacted them 5 times to fix and nothing has been done! I am upset!
