Took almost 18 months and I don’t agree with the extra costs they imposed the installation was great when it occurred the planner adjusted his measurements 3 times and over ordered materials to a great extent.

Not a good experience
This is the worst company! The windows installed all have Mia-matched grid patterns. I was told that replacement windows would be ordered at the time of installation, when they noticed the problem. They were not. They were pelted red until 9 weeks later. It’s been 19 weeks now and no replacements. Grid patterns are still mismatched which just looks terrible. I did not realize that contracts are sold or outsourced. I thought Champion employees would be working my house.
No. The amount of disrespectful conversations, blame from managers, and a horrible sales follow-up experience soured the entire experience. I do not want anyone to wait a year to receive what should have been provided after 6-8 months. The delay was not due to shipping but rather to incompetence.
