Customer service SUCKS !!! We ordered three windows in February 2021 with half screens in each. Windows were installed in May 2021, three months to the day of order. Screens were not included and the screens that the installer had with him are junk. Numerous calls to the Knoxville, TN sales office where they were bought have gone unanswered. Salesman and installation manager are worthless.

I've asked for a follow-up, but nobody got back to me. I asked for windows that would match the ones I had ordered previously, but they don't match.

Experience start great but turned South fast. Took longer than expected to get windows installed. No one called to give update after expected wait time for windows to be installed.

It took them 4 months to complete the job.

I made a payment on April 21st. They told me it would be 6-8 weeks due to Covid, which is why they were behind. When they called me to make an appointment it was on a Saturday at 9 am. I got a recording call to confirm my appointment on a Friday. On Saturday, it was a no-call no-show. I called the guy that I made the down payment with. His name was Mat.
