Not a good experience
This is the worst company! The windows installed all have Mia-matched grid patterns. I was told that replacement windows would be ordered at the time of installation, when they noticed the problem. They were not. They were pelted red until 9 weeks later. It’s been 19 weeks now and no replacements. Grid patterns are still mismatched which just looks terrible. I did not realize that contracts are sold or outsourced. I thought Champion employees would be working my house.
No. The amount of disrespectful conversations, blame from managers, and a horrible sales follow-up experience soured the entire experience. I do not want anyone to wait a year to receive what should have been provided after 6-8 months. The delay was not due to shipping but rather to incompetence.
Ordered 4 windows - 1 arrived with no problems, 2 had broken sashes, 1 was mis-measured and had to be reorder and no one followed up with me and instead I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on and then the replacement was missing and eventually found after I called again multiple times to find out what it was taking so long
The salesman was not truthful when he came out and told us that any pre-existing rot around the window frames was included in the repairs. After speaking with the manager, they said they would replace the rot repair. After they looked at it further, they said it to expensive and that I would have to do it myself.
Much too long (7 months) for install. Left grass outside of footers damaged.
