Two guys came to do the work. They probably needed more help than just the two of them. They didn't have the experience or the tools that they needed to do the job. The framing fell because they didn't have enough support. They should have known better. There are a lot of holes from the nails that shouldn't have been there, as a result of this. If you don't look closely it looks good. Some of the wood was not as quality as it should have been.

my overall experience with champion was so so. the product was very good. the installation was excellent. the salesman overall was bad . I would never recommend him under any conditions I would recommend champion as long as keith Marcum was not involved in any way. The office personell seams to have some problems too.Maybe corporate needs to come in and clean house.

I am pleased with the product and the installer however I feel the salesman made a mistake on my contract. I requested the doors be hinged the same as the original ones however I now have a storm door that is hinged on the wrong side. The company made no offer to remedy the situation because the contract said it should be that way.
