I had an extremely poor experience with Champion Windows of Knoxville's customer communications and scheduling, but I still believe very much in the product that they put out.
Been waiting over 8 months on screens and over 4 months on a window replacement for 1 that came in broken. They canceled our door order with no notification.
They installed a window with a factory defect. The installers damaged my home when they damaged a window lintel.
We will not recommend Champion because of the months of delay and the difficulty we experienced regarding extreme lack of communication.
