Their quality of work and the quality of materials used are better than any other company that came out. We have never had an issue with the company and in the instance of an issue with a product they come out without hesitation and fix it. That is something that cannot be said about everybody. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.
I would recommend Champion Windows to others because of the quality of their installation, the professionalism of the installers, and the quality of the materials.
We went with champion because the people that came to give us an estimate. First did not have good quality windows. Unfortunately champion did not have a black option and did not have the option for tinted window windows. The workers did not totally clean up when they left. When they came to put in the final window because it had been a wrong measurement. There was aluminum pieces that we had to vacuum up. The most important aspect of the project was to have a screen door on the front. They left it out and my salesman won't call me back. I paid $90,000 for this project, and didn't get what I wanted. TERRIBLE.

Wrong trim color was installed. Rescheduled a new contractor to come replace with correct trim and they were given the wrong trim color. Tried calling the contact from Champions and no return call or reply to text.

I thought the windows would block more of the outside noise than they do.

The crew showed up late, were not in a vehicle marked Champion, were not wearing Champion insignia. Only one of them spoke English. They left a door that runs and is difficult to open, and a deadbolt that doesn’t align with the hole well enough for me to lock it. What’s going on with this company? Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
