I would not recommend at this time due to the length of time for the project and getting my correct window sash. Over all I do like the window.

1) I never got a written statement from Champion. 2) The 1st indication of cost came from GreenSky by mail. 3) The billing sent through GreenSky gave a supposed estimate with balance due at the end of the installment. 4) On the morning of the 1st day of installment, the team called me to let me know that their equipment would not be able to make the turn into my driveway; this was very much appreciated as it allowed me time to get to the grocery, for needed supplies. 5) The 2nd appointment turned out well & each of the 3 men... read more

After four months, the installation is still not complete. I would not recommend a company that takes so long to install windows that were promised to be installed on one day. The most important window was broken and 13 other windows were ordered incorrectly, and one window was measured incorrectly. This shows a serious failure by management, even though sales and insulation personnel were great.

First door ordered 8/31, when installers came door was measured wrong. On second door arrival was too small, was measured wrong. Installers had too build up our door frame for install this door this week.
