Everything that was sold to me in the sales process did not happen. The floors weren't covered during install, the actual install was beyond awful and had to be redone three times. They had horrible communication and did not show up on time the first day nor called to let me know. In the middle of them fixing the issues I was told things would happen and it would be made right but when it came down to it at the end, nothing happen. I was highly disappointed in their sales. The salesperson didn't follow through. No one ever responded to our calls. I will not recommend them.

Overall an okay experience. The windows themselves were not manufactured as well as the should have been... glue drips on every pane of glass, a "bubble" in the glass, cheaper metal than in years past, plastic pieces that flip completely off the window when tilting inward, etc.

For the price I paid, I am very disappointed. The brick above the windows is cracked. They came back out to put the mortor in one. I didn't see the other two until afterwards. I think it was sloppy. I'm not as satisfied as I should be for the price that I paid.

I WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND CHAMPION TO ANYONE AGAIN.!!! Completely unprofessional and Horrible customer service. Took seven months to close the contract on a replacement door. NEVER AGAIN
