I thought windows were over priced
Still waiting for damage caused by one of the workers to be fixed. The weather stripping is coming off the bottom of the front door. The locks on my doors that were supposed to be keyed alike over 6 months ago will hopefully be taken care of in July.

Incorrect items ordered initially, followup to obtain correct items and get them install was a nightmare almost took 11 months. After our door was installed, we noticed significant gaps around the lower edge near the threshold; Champion listed our home twice and failed to repair issue, I have since done this myself. Will never recommend you to anyone.
The installers did not work with my existing window casing. Instead they add additional wood to simplify the installation. They used oak for trim where my existing casing is cherry. I am going to have to remove it and have someone install wood that matches. I was told oak stains like cherry which is not true. This is the second time I have used champion for window replacement. And I am very disappointed this time. The lower sashes were manufactured incorrectly and have to be remade. And the crew did not do a good job of installation. Plus they damaged the trim on the living room set of windows. Worst of all, is the excessive price I paid per window to have such poor service.
