The scrapes and damage on windows delivered for installation were unacceptable. Local service manager had to spend hours remedying the problems and had to order new sash as well.
Not based on my experience so far.
The whole experience was a nightmare! Yes, the sales representative was pleasant, but everything thereafter went downhill. Windows were ordered in May 9th. The installation Mgr Mark called to say the Windows had arrived and would like to scheduled a date for installation. Ken showed up to install (July 11th/12th) the windows. On the second day he informed me that some molding wasn't ordered and that they would have to order it before they could install the last set of windows. He said maybe another 6 weeks.
