The workers were beyond lazy. They broke my rain gauge, make a mess in my garden bed and didnt even pick it up, walked on my BRAND NEW carpet with their shoes on more times than I can count and had to take smoke breaks every 15 minutes, which blew inside my house.

The reason for this ranking. The patio door was received February 3 in the Omaha office via email notification. I reached out three times and no response. I did get a response when I went to actual office location.

Look, let's start off by saying I hate surveys. Then, we can say I ordered a window from champion. Actually a patio door. I had to take out a loan with the company. They call green something, and it took almost 3 months for them to get the window in. The patio Dorian, and when I looked at it the next day, I realized there was a hole in the screen. I'm not very happy and the price was outrageous.

Taking off the old door caused damage to the outside of my home and you only partially patched it. You rehung the storm door but it sticks terribly. It took 3 weeks for Champion to send someone to fix it, but instead of fixing, he claimed he was there to make a report to his boss. Now no one returns my call nor comes out to do any work. 2 windows did not fit, even installers said that too. Holes everywhere and they just caulked and caulked , also put a 2 in board to make them fit. Took pictures, had emails after emails. Wanted them fixed. Nobody would reply, contacted them for 3 months just to find out that their decision , the windows was measured correctly and screw the customer. Actual product is good. Installers seemed rushed. Didn't finish the job, though they said they'd come back to do it. Not a business of their word.
