It took a long time to get our order. I sent email to customer service at different times, and I had to follow up all the time when they're going to be here, and they were so slow to answer. The corporate in Ohio was great, but I don't know if there was a lack of installers. I even reached out to the salesperson that came to our house, and I had done a report back to champion. Quality of installation was poor
I spent $20,000 on brand new windows to replace windows that wouldn’t work in my house. The second day of having these windows one of the windows wouldn’t open. The earliest I have been told someone could come out and fix my brand new window that is not working was a month away. It disappointing I spent so much money on new windows to have one not work and it was not made right quicker. I would have made sure that this window was working before leaving and I would also make it right way sooner then a month after getting new ... read more
Scheduling has been terrible trying to get 2 window sashes and a sliding glass door screen fixed as they arrived broken or incorrectly ordered. When I called again today they told me they closed the ticket 2 weeks ago without ever contacting me. The replacements were never ordered and there was never any follow up despite my numerous attempts to corporate numbers. Always have to leave a message and someone “may” call you back but never do.
