At first it seemed like a good experience - both with the salesperson and the install crew. But, honestly, both of our sliding doors are super frustrating. Our children are unable to open them in their own strength because they cram so tight into the door jams; we've had multiple guests think they were locked because they couldn't open them; and we have to shove the door closed just to get it to be able to lock. Not what we expected for the price.

Getting the windows installed was very fast. The day the windows came in I got a phone call that they could be installed the next day. That was wonderful. The only problem was my grandmother had passed away and my family was leaving town the day they wanted to start the installation. We left our home with them being the only people at our house. They told my husband they needed to come back the next day and he gave them the code to the house. When we returned home around 9 PM the day they finished the windows our entire base... read more

The customer service and Sales Rep were fantastic, they answered all my questions. The installers augured most of the time they were here. I've had issues with the windows leaking, and I feel cold air coming in after windows were installed 10 days ago. They just reached out to me yesterday, and I've been calling and calling to get them to fix it.
