I have had one service guy out to “fix” one of my doors already and still waiting on it to be fixed a second time and haven’t heard a word from you at all about when a second guy is coming to “fix” this junk door….
Wish they were cheaper
The wrong window was put in. Twice more, the replacement was incorrect. We felt ghosted because there was no communication for 2 months, and no effort to compensate us for the times that we took off from work to be there to wait and meet the installer. There was no 30 minute heads up that the installer was on the way. No confirmation call or text the day before the install.
It was a long wait
The door doesn’t align at bottom and the gap is about 1 and a half inches in diameter. Somebody needs to fix this problem before I recommend your product to anyone
Left a huge mess, took 4 days to do what was supposed to be a 2 day job. Left and work still isnt finished.
Several things went wrong. 1. It took months to get the first installer to come out. 2. The guy came not prepared (not the right tools: used my ladder, my screwdriver, didn’t bring plastic to cover the floor) 3. I was asked to remove my own window. 4 one window came with a broken frame. They only installed the broken one. They left the other 3 in my backyard for another day. 5. We were not impressed with the installers. One of them never said a word to us and the other was not as friendly as I thought he could be. They left the windows dirty and with sticky residue that they could have removed. Another Champion employee, who I am guessing is a manager, Josh, showed up to our house promptly to evaluate the issues with the windows.
