I could not recommend Champion because the installation of the door is below par. I contacted Champion because I was told that the installers were people trained by Champion, therefore, I did not expect work similar to work that was done by big box companies that I have used.

Tony, the installer did a great job. He was friendly, on time and did a great job of cleaning up after window were installed.

Process was changed without notice. Problems left where than later fixed by a third party I hired. Was supposed to receive a full panel for a spot where will get added next year but never came back. Felt very rushed to sign final form so they could disappear.

The screen door for our slider was missing. We had our windows installed on Sept 9th and it we will finally get the screen on Dec. 5th. This is the earliest it could be done. During the install they discovered they brought the wrong size door this is one of the things that put them behide. The...
