We ordered our windows on April 20th. They were installed 2 weeks ago, so October 15th. I called them numerous times asking where the windows were and if they were going to be installed before the snow flies. I was joking, but not really. I was not real happy. We live in Nebraska. Then they were installed. 10 days late, we had a big rainstorm. The window in the basement is leaking. I talked to one of their people in Omaha. Windows were brought into the house in pieces, allowing me to see how flimsy the frames are. Installer left many metal trim pieces in my yard and landscaping. He didn't clean the windows before installation so I have second floor windows with dirty wipe marks on the outside glass. Inside glass was dirty, as well.

I will start this with the fact that I was told on two separate occasions, by two separate people, that some one would be in contact with me about the results of my project; that never happened. I was told that I would be able to have a celling fan installed in my new room from the beginning of this project, that never happened. I was never told this wouldn't be possible, in fact I was assured by Josh (Project Manager) that this could be done.
