I just received my windows threes weeks ago and I am unhappy with the quality, particularly with the large picture windows that shakes anytime the garage door closes. I expected much more in terms of quality based on the reviews. Additionally, the service has always been extremely lacking with nearly no follow up without me initiating it. I am fine with waiting any amount of time to accommodate production, client volume, staffing issues given the recent pandemic, etc. I'm in the service biz and understand the challenges. They are NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY. HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM THEM AFTER THE CHECK CLEARED. WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WINDOW AND NOBODY HAS RETURNED A CALL OR TEXT.

The installation crew messed up the install and left my windows half way installed for 6 months. It took several calls and texts to Champion and complaints to the Better Business Bureau to get my windows installed correctly.

We initially contacted Champion to do major window installations last fall of 2020. We had problems with the screens and one window not working after the installation. After many attempts on my part to get our 6 screens back, it was in January when they were finally returned. Two of which still did not fit. The non working window was supposedly fixed at that time but upon future attempts to open it, it did not open.
