I wish that the job was handled more professionally.
The installers were unprofessional and did not clean up afterwards. There was also some inferior workmanship that went along with the job.
I will never recommend Champion to anyone.
Great sales, good product, but terrible service!!!
I had to wait over two months for my window to come in, and when it did come it was going to be another 3-4 weeks to be installed. Then the day of installation I was called to be told that the window broke, and it would have to be reordered. I tried calling corporate to get satisfaction, but didn't get it. I then waited another month to get a window. Champion also refused to give me a refund.
