Champion has terrible customer service. The only phone they answer is the one for new customer sales appointments. I was given a number to text, but they never responded to a single text. I had to threaten to cancel my order with the salesperson to finally get an installation scheduled. The installer was a single individual who struggled to do the job all by himself. It took far too long.

The windows were delivered busted. The technician came to install windows and did not have all materials to install windows in one day. This was not due to the technician.

Dishonest salesperson only interested in getting the 50% deposit. Horrible customer service. Never able to reach anyone. NEVER returned phone calls, texts or email.

Ordered a few windows and 2 sliding patio doors. One patio door had blinds enclosed. The door was made with only one having blinds and the other did not. I just received my windows threes weeks ago and I am unhappy with the quality, particularly with the large picture windows that shakes anytime the garage door closes. I expected much more in terms of quality based on the reviews. Additionally, the service has always been extremely lacking with nearly no follow up without me initiating it. I am fine with waiting any amount of time to accommodate production, client volume, staffing issues given the recent pandemic, etc. I'm in the service biz and understand the challenges. They are NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY. HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM THEM AFTER THE CHECK CLEARED. WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WINDOW AND NOBODY HAS RETURNED A CALL OR TEXT.
