Wrong windows were installed. Ordered Open Prairie inserts. Received Prairie inserts instead. This was noted by myself and the installer on the date of installation, sometime in February I believe. Was told 4-6 weeks to receive and install proper windows. It is now the last week of April. I spoke to the factory in March and was told someone would call me. No call.
