There is a communication problem and I can't get the installation problem solved because there still must be a communication problem.

The product was absolutely fantastic and surpassed all of my expectations, but the clean up, the installation, and the sales staff were less than stellar

While the windows are nice, we do not plan to recommend Champion due to the installation process. A two-day project turned into a four-day project over 3 different weeks. We were told that only Champion installers work would be guaranteed since it's installed the 'Champion Way' but found out that every Champion installer has a different process and style, so essentially there is no 'Champion Way'. The contract I signed was not honored from the start. Issues came up and responses were delayed. All said and done the job took 6 months. Installation was delayed almost 3 months, there were missing pieces to the windows (which made my house colder and louder- of which I was told, "you are one in one hundred") The drywall around 8 windows had to be repaired.
