I've called four times and no one has called me back. I'm concerned about the type of service I received, but not the quality of the windows.

I would not recommend based on my issues addressed above. But, my biggest issue is with the measuring and then the resolution to make the windows fit. When the installer came to measure the windows we had a discussion about how the windows would be installed and how they're finished inside. I made it clear that I was doing the casement work inside and the drywall that was wrapped to the windows would be removed along with the window dressings prior to installation. They have very poor communication patterns and the expectations between the salesperson and the company are different. I like the product, but I did not like the process of getting the windows.

I did not like the installation crew. They were sloppy. They left screws in my driveway. They seemed to be too fast and sloppy installing everything. I was not happy with Champion. They are recommended but I wasn't impressed. I am not happy.
