Not very pleased with my experience at Champion. After a 4 week delay (their fault due to a personnel change and my measurements getting "lost") the first installation crew was pretty inept when it came to an egress window well. They dug too shallow and didn't fit the well up to the foundation, then tried to band-aid the issue by sticking wood along the edges. In addition to the installation problems, one of the windows was cracked and still has not been fixed. There is a slow turn around with it getting fixed. We started this process with them about three months ago.

I was not happy at all with the overall service of Champions. Being a national company I expected top notch service. Unfortunately the scheduler ..Jason was fired over this project. I was able to negotiate a 10% reduction in project price. The "12 months same as cash" option is a joke since I keep getting notices from Greensky of $149 per month. Great people, but so many issues along the way. It was not a quick, nor stress-free experience.
