We had the job rescheduled multiple times. When they finally did the job multiple things had to be redone including they installed scratched glass and didn’t have glass stoppers

Product not installed on time-line. Supposed to be completed by 6-8 Weeks and took over 3 months to complete. Lack of communication when product delayed.

I felt the communication was very poor with Champion Windows of Portland. The project took way too long. They made mistakes.

My initial sales appointment was more than 3 hours long. I continually asked the salesperson to cut it shorter, but he did not. The window install was scheduled and then they called that morning to say that it was cancelled. If I didn't work from home that would have really been a problem. Since they were using a sub to install the windows, not sure why they couldn't have just called a new one. The initial installer that came out didn't want to do the job in one day. it was contracted to do in one day. He made up an excuse as to why he wanted to leave. They didn't come back until three weeks later. My house was left in shambles for three weeks. Then they found someone else to come and install the windows in.

I told all my friends, be careful to deal with Champion Window.
