It was not very pleasant experience. I feel like the salesman was out only to make a sale. We had several contractors we contacted and did research.
Final project is nice but the construction process is weak.
The office staff was not very good at returning calls.
Champion Windows of Portland is a terrible company to work with. Their windows might be the Gucci of windows, but the staff are terrible and will treat you like an inconvenience. When problems arise, and they will arise, they will give you the runaround. Their main concern is getting the door/window installed before addressing any problems you may have. They have someone come out and personally measure the area but still manage to order the wrong part, which won't be discovered until the installation crew has already cut int... read more
The company is horrible. They take money first and then do the work later. The company never told me when the installation would begin.
It's unfortunate that if any issues arise it will take an actual miracle for them to take care of it.
