It was a giant headache working with this company. The office staff, sales person, and installer were all on totally different pages. People showed up at unexpected times, told me like 5 different things about what would be happening, failed to deliver requested informational materials. Not reliable at all. Very stressful trying to schedule around our family's busy schedule and ensure lead-safe practices were used on our old home. Seriously, don't hire these people.

I would not recommend Champion. As an Architect, as well as a homeowner, I would not recommend Champion Windows.

Our first problem was Micheal quoted us a price we agreed to. Then called back 2 days later explaining he made a mistake and wanted to comeback over to discuss the error. By the way his supervisor was there with him when he gave us his quote. He said he missed a section of windows and quoted us $8000 more for the windows. After we said no we would find another company he came down in price. Something more reasonable. I think he made the mistake and should have honored his quote.

It took from April 4, 2016 to Jan 25, 2017 to finish the original project of adding walls/windows to the existing cover that was installed Mar 2015. Original size of 15'x14' needed to be altered to 14'x14' which means there are two sets of . posts. Lack of or no communcation was major issue.
