Although the windows are in, and probably don't leak, I don't think the team was prepared to deal with the attic windows. I think the salesman/individual that measured the windows should have told them what needed to be done. The window space was cut (with hand tools/chop saw...) far larger than the...
The current business practice is horrible. You may sell the windows but you sub out everything else.
Champion Windows of Portland customer service interactions and communication were not good. Employees were very disrespectful and dismissive.
There has been no follow-up. The job was not completed. The company is difficult to contact, and I did not receive what I expected.
