One of my window popped up stop ( those are stop window wide open) was assembled wrong way. The small one that next to entry door has one panel came loose( I found out few days after the installation ). I will wait to see how it hold up.
Delays and initial installation errors, initial not current manager mislead and misinformed us on replacement door order.
I would have a hard time recommending Champion due to how long the process took, the loss of my initial deposit, and the lack of communication throughout.
The contract stated the windows would be installed within 10–12 weeks, but they weren't installed until the 27th week.
I would never recommend that anyone use Champion. The entire process took nearly 9 months from placing the order on 2/17/22 until the final window was installed on 11/3/22. It was a very frustrating process with a lack of communication and no one at the company took accountability to make sure my project was completed.

The beginning and end of process was fine. The middle was horrible. Almost impossible to easily get ahold of anyone at Champion.. sent multiple texts and emails. The whole process took almost 7 months!
