I would have a hard time recommending Champion due to how long the process took, the loss of my initial deposit, and the lack of communication throughout.

The contract stated the windows would be installed within 10–12 weeks, but they weren't installed until the 27th week.

I would never recommend that anyone use Champion. The entire process took nearly 9 months from placing the order on 2/17/22 until the final window was installed on 11/3/22. It was a very frustrating process with a lack of communication and no one at the company took accountability to make sure my project was completed.

The beginning and end of process was fine. The middle was horrible. Almost impossible to easily get ahold of anyone at Champion.. sent multiple texts and emails. The whole process took almost 7 months!

My numerous attempts to talk to someone about completing the installation of my windows went ignored, for months.

Absolutely the opposite—I would discourage anyone from using Champion Windows if they’re looking for high quality service on the timeline that is promised. Champion is the worst company I’ve ever worked with, hands down.
