Champion lacks basic professional standards expected for this industry. Missed deadlines, no ability to contact anyone, low quality installation standards.
My order was lost twice, and it took a year before my windows got installed.
We were given the wrong info on our window delivery as well as flat out lied to when only 5 out if 7 windows arrived. Had to fight to get our 2 biggest windows brought and install. Took an extra 3 weeks after the others were installed a month late.
I would just warn about the install. My siding is a little messed up from a few bad cuts/mistakes.

Lack of communication and slow to get products to be installed
One of my window popped up stop ( those are stop window wide open) was assembled wrong way. The small one that next to entry door has one panel came loose( I found out few days after the installation ). I will wait to see how it hold up.
Delays and initial installation errors, initial not current manager mislead and misinformed us on replacement door order.
