Everything was going well between the time of the sales meeting to the time of installation. Then I was informed that Champion could not obtain the metal needed to make my screens. They still wanted me to pay the full balance due for the windows before they would install them. It makes me nervous paying the full balance when they haven’t provided the full products. Installation took 7 months when it supposed to take 6 weeks. Three previous dates they scheduled for installation they either didn’t show up or had to reschedule the day of. I believe two or three regional installation managers left the company during this time. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone until their most recent guy, Garrett, who was actually decent.

The product is great, but the customer service is among the worst I've ever had.
