Paul was motivated to put our deal together and I appreciate his help. While the windows arrived ahead of the estimated lead-time, the installation fell well below expectations. Almost two months after the install there has been zero contact from any Champion member. I've asked for a final walkthrough as well as brought up concerns about broken glass left in my backyard, broken pieces of trim around the window frames, and poor fit/finish with no response from the office. The windows themselves are fine, but the subcontractor install crew left a lot to be desired. The caulking work was perfectly fine in some areas, others areas looked like my cat took over the job; no caulk on the paws, so the sloppiness falls to the install crew. Looks like late in the day on a Fri...

I gave a 3 in 3 partsfor the following reason: On the little window, upstairs, there was LEFT some balls of the material used to caulk. The window should have been checked and cleaned. With time, rain and wind, the 5 little balls eventually left.

Product and installation crew were great, but office staff, although friendly, were not able to keep timely followup nor notify us of the ever changing delivery dates....mostly husband was anxious to get everything done since we had them fully paid a little over two months prior to installation.
