I was very happy with Jim at the show room. I was really impressed with his knowledge of windows. The installer was very professional, neat, and clean. It hardly took any time. I was really impressed with his craftsmanship and I am very impressed with the windows.
I find it very satisfying that Champion still utilizes live customer service communications even though we have the technology available to make it all virtual. Talking to a computer for any information or updates is too impersonal for me and I think that is what makes Champion Windows stand out above their competition. They have personalized customer service employees instead of computer programs, which is something I appreciate from a company.

Champion provides excellent service and an outstanding product. I am really appreciating the energy efficiency of the products. That is why I continue to replace the windows; I can really tell the difference with the heat and cold penetrating the house.
I would recommend Champion to others. They completed the work in a timely and neat manner. The workers were nice and friendly. They definitely knew their product well enough that they could install the product without a hitch.
The product was worth the wait. The installers did a great job. We will definitely go with Champion again, even thought the product came in a few weeks late.

My window replacement started in late March and after they tried to install incorrect sized windows this summer I am still waiting for corrections to poor installs of the 2nd round of windows. I call and call and get no call backs from the operations manager. Is he gone like the Sales Manger back in June?
