There was NO communication of when the project would be completed, until the crew supervisor called me on the morning of the installation and said that the crew was on their way. This would have been fine if my house had any outside electrical outlets, but it doesn't. That fact either was not noted on the work order for the crew or it wasn't looked for at all.
