The last time they came they were wonderful, but when I had a sunroom put on it took them a lot longer to complete the project. I am very dissatisfied with that aspect of the company.
The crew is unprofessional and doesn't keep the area around the house cleaned as promised. I was very unsatisfied with their level of service. I assume that the quality product I paid for was what I received, only time will tell. The salesman is great at closing the sale promising only the utmost of professionalism and quality but the project manager and crew really missed the mark.
They need to be more organized, and upfront on procedures. They should give a more specific time on job completion. It has taken over 6 moths for our job.
