I considered paying a higher amount for quality of service that I didn't receive. The stress from trying to navigate a remedy was incomprehensible. I wouldn't use them again.

My materials arrived January 6. It is February 20 and job is not finished. I was promised it would be complete January 21. That didn’t happen. Then I was promised it would be done by February 18. That didn’t happen. Left a voicemail for the job foreman Friday. No response. Left another one today, Tuesday, February 20. I have already paid for half of it. Getting it done has been like pulling teeth. If it’s ever finished, I can then tell you if I am happy with it.

We have used them several times and everything had been satisfactory, but this project has been a hell hole, so I would only recommend others with caution.

We felt like the salesman had taken advantage of my mom. He had told her it would be smaller unit that would have to be put in because they didn't make the ones small enough to fit and they would have to rebuild the space to fit in the new one. He didn't put how many btu's the unit was supposed to have in the contract and she signed it. Well we had called to get it sorted out and he said that he would put it in their and email it to us but he never did. Probably the worst project experience I have ever had. The original install date was 6 weeks after our purchase and it took over 3 months to get it done. The original project manager would not return any of my calls to let me know what was going on. I was totally left in the dark. The office would say they would have him call me and he never did. Now, after installation they left 3 tubes of caulking on my roof and I have called them 3 times to come and remove then and a month later they are still up there with no return call... read more

Overall, I like the look of the finished product and enjoy use of the room. I found the experience while they were working on it stressful and disappointing. The communication was poor and there were a number of mis-steps. My roof is less than 1 year old, they tore some of the shingles with a strap they ran over my roof. I have an aggregate patio they had to cut through to pour footings. They allow the spill over concrete to dry all over my patio. They did clean up the stuff on the outside.
