Great sales person Scott Bandur. Very professional, courteous, and on time. The staff at the Fenton location, and the store manager, complete opposite opinion. The store itself, extremely unprofessional. Instead of coming in one trip and finishing the job in a "timely and efficient manner", or doing it right the first time, it took them FIVE trips to FINALLY complete my NINE windows. Champion Windows of St. Louis measured wrong, took 4 weeks longer than expected, the handles on my new window doesn't match the rest of the windows, and my handles were taken away from my original windows that were removed.
We had to wait. Our salesman also mentioned that my daughter would receive an incentive for referring us. She's never received it. It's been almost 2 months since it was finished.
Their customer service is lacking.
