The job should have been installed in 6 weeks and it was not. The install should have taken a few hours and it did not
Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Took forever to get back with me and install was two months behind.
Champions product is excellent. I have all windows and doors by champion. But the last time how old it for storm doors and it took from May through September to get them done. Customer service was terrible, phone calls War not returned and it was a? Yes to win the storm doors will be installed.
I don't have a problem with the windows but I just don't think i'd recommend them to anyone.
I'd like them to call me back and fix what's wrong.
If they come in and do the right thing, I wouldn't have a problem recommending them but not now. I could say yes they stand by their word, but I don't know yet.
