The installers are wonderful. The product seems very high-quality. The service was terrible. Promises were consistently made and consistently broken. The project (5 windows) took 6 months to complete from initial payment to finishing all aspects of the job. Our salesman (who I thought would be our advocate) stopped responding to us early on in the process. This was my second purchase from Champion St. Louis - first order/installation was PERFECT. Not so with the kitchen/garden window. The window as measured incorrectly and came in 3" short in height as well as width, not to mention the "roof" glass was broken and it took 8+ weeks to get. Had to reorder the window which took another 4 weeks. Second installation went well. I was promised window trim to match the existing door trim which is an oak stain/fluted. I would recommend anyone to shop around before buying from Champion Windows of St. Louis they are very pricey.
