We was sat down the table had not been cleaned very well and my glass had food on it not 1 time did anyone apologize for that. It did take over and hour to get our food. Our server was not very friendly and he was training someone. Hope the new person does not follow his behavior. I watched a buser clean a table not impressed. He put clean glasses, plates and silverware down on a dirty table then only wiped the back half of the table. There was no manager on floor to talk too. While we did have good service. The food was very disappointing. We go to Charbonos for girls night often on Wednesdays for 1/2 price martinis. Was very disappointed to find out they have discontinued this service. With the food being very sub par the last few times and now them doing away with drink specials we will be looking for a new favorite place to dine.☹️
Three out of the four entrees were cooked too long. Dry and crispy is not what you want for snapper, chicken parm and sirloin medallions. With a limited menu I thought it may be spot on for a well prepared dish. Oh well.

My food was cold, my husband enjoyed his food. I sent back the risotto but it came back lukewarm. I didn’t eat it. We had calamari which was delicious.

Reserved a TABLE for 5, got a cramped booth. Asked to change to one of several empty tables, was told none were available. Saw at least 4 empty tables, restaurant was not busy. This is the second recent unpleasant experience at a Cunningham property. Food was average, about the same quality as any of the large chain brands.

Dirty table, and very rude waitress. Staff yelled, very unprofessional. Food took too long to get. Manager never apologized for his staff’s behavior. Will never go back to that type of behavior.
The food was tasty, however, the waitstaff seemed stretched, so service was harried. On this occasion, we had to do a fair amount of waving to catch anyone's attention. We hope help is on the way for the staff.

Filet was tough. Prime rib over cooked. Baked potatoes too we’ll done- almost burnt in spots. Not a good good night for Charbonos
