We had 3 stakes and by the time they came they were they were room temperature they wouldn't even hide is room temperature they wouldn't even hot and tough
Food was delicious, as always. Service was awful, though. Our waitress forgot several things, screwed up our order, twice and then billed us for things we didn't order. Not great, honestly. I've never felt the need to complain, as I love this restaurant, but our service was really bad. 😕

I want to start by saying we have loved Charbonos. Our experience this past time was absolutely horrible. We were a party of 5, for my husbands birthday. It took a long time to even be greeted by our server and took a while for refills. However, the thing that made it the worst was the fact that when a filet was ordered, one of our party didn’t realize it had garlic butter on it and she’s allergic to garlic. Server was excellent. Food took a long time to arrive. Two of the three orders arrived undercooked - including a pork chop. Calamari was okay - nothing to write home about. Calamari at Stone Creek (a sister restaurant) is far superior. Sides were okay, but not a lot of variety. Given the choice, I’d dine at Stone Creek over Charbonos every time - Charbonos should take some notes from their sister store.
Quality of food and beverages not up to par. Usually very good.
Two meals were over cooked the scallops in the pasta was burnt and the linguini charbonos listing of what is in it is deceiving two of us got it because had crab in it it stated... we received it and no crab and asked about it and was told “ o it’s mixed in the sauce” then take it off the description or state crab sauce .I ended up not even eating my main meal. Two orders of chicken parmesan way over cooked, almost burnt. Fettuccine with chicken tasted like it had been microwaved. We have not been there for a couple of years and we're sincerely disappointed
