Don't take your dog to them or cat They overcharged me I know there's nothing I can do about but beware double charge on our bill and they wanted to charge more. The anxiety they gave me was the worst experience at veterinarian office that I have had in 60 years of taking animals to vets.

These people turned a terrible diagnosis into a horrible experience that made losing our beloved dog even harder. For 5 days we waited as our sweet Bella endured a diagnosis of end stage renal failure and treatment to attempt to stabilize her. Every 12 hours, we were either told that she was improving or that we were wasting our time. The techs were rude and dismissive, cutting us nasty looks when we asked to spend time with her and then saying things like, "you're only gonna be here for a few minutes, right?" Our special do... read more

Incompetent and beyond expensive! Had our pup not collapsed we would have taken her to our own vet who we have used for over 15+ years. I could go on and on about various interactions, but the long and short: 1) they did not want to release her to our vet and 2) she was given 6 medications when they failed to diagnosis her knowing full well she was to see our vet the next day. When questioned, the tech stated she is a very sick dog, but without a diagnosis -- why did they want me to pound her with pills???? With all due re... read more

They start out by taking your dog away from you while you wait in the waiting room, but we knew our dog was very sick when we were referred to them. The admitting dr insisted that it was just arthritis (on a 7 year old dog). Fast forward to over 48 hrs later and we were told to say goodbye to our dog. Our young died just as sick as he was when he was admitted. You never deal with the same dr, and they make sure to give alternating opinions. Every other call we got was positive, every other negative. It appeared to be a plo... read more

My pug was diagnosed with pancreatitis. We were sent here from my vet because the other veterinary hospitals didn't have any open appointments for 2-3 days. My dog was in and out of the hospital twice at this place (the last time he spent 9 days there before we decided to bring him home). We spent thousands of dollars with this place and my dog died. It was a huge emotional rollercoaster ride there. One day they would say he was nearing the end and the next day they would say he was getting better. This treatment was always ... read more

this place was all around a bad experience. I brought my dog in because it was hit by a car and the never spoke to us in regards to price which came to $700 .... $85 alone just to walk in the door and another $350 to do CPR and $280 for the cremation of the dog. The dog was taken from me when we walked in and i wasnt allowed back in the room so for all i know they laid the dog on a table and never did CPR at all and came back within 3 mins and told me the dog did not make it $350 for 3 mins of CPR sounds a bit insane to me. ... read more

Went for a late night visit, they wrote the wrong prescription and charged me twice even with their error. Diagnosed my dog for a torn acl but did not to any x-rays, said i would have to come back. They also sent over my dogs records to a vet without my permission, I saw good reviews but that is DEFINITLY not the case.

Should this be 1 star based upon the last two months of diarrhea for my 15 year old Border Collie mix? PROBABLY! Has been in this place for the last 10 days for this diarrhea. VM message this morning from Doctor Graham was he is ready for discharge but had a bit of diarrhea this morning and maybe I should buy some Imodium. WTH? Waiting to pick up my boy, my joy, who now is EMACIATED, and still has diarrhea. Why not suggest Imodium days or even months ago? Yes, my distress and extreme dissatisfaction is palpable.

I went here today because my puppy woke up with pus in her eyes. It was so bad that she could barely open her eyes, it looked like pink eye but on a puppy. I decided to take her here because all the other clinics that researched closed at noon. It is $85 for just bringing your pet in. That's not including meds and other exams that they will do to your pet. When I brought my pup in, 3 other dogs were brought in also. It took 2 hours for them to discharge my pup when the examination took about 20 mins. Even when the doctor... read more
