Get directionsI took my, almost 2 year old, cat in on Saturday evening after noticing he was not peeing all of the sudden. My home vet closes at 5pm on Saturdays and are closed completely on Sundays. I got there and was seen promptly and unfortunately the staff determined it was a worse case scenario-- my cat had a urinary blockage due to stress. They told me it could be anywhere from $1400-$2600 dollars. I knew going in that it was going to pricey, but that shocked me a little. We talked about lowering the price, as I am a college stude... read more
Care is good, but expect to pay $1,000+ per night of care. That's for a saline drip and antibiotics. It's outrageous. Surgeries upwards of $10,000 when 65% of Americans have less than $500 for an emergency. Very thankful we had the money in our savings to cover the cost. Our cat was sent here by an overly cautious vet who thought she had internal bleeding and not just the actual skin-deep lacerations that were healed by a simple prescription of antibiotics. Only took $1,400.00 for us to be pointed to that conclusion. I find... read more
Worst vet experience I've ever had. My dog had a growth on its paw we wanted an opinion on as we were very worried it was cancerous. Waited an hour and a half to be seen as every other person was attended to except us. Finally, after telling the front desk we were leaving, we were seen. We went in and the vet gave us a total of three minutes of her time. Wouldn't even bend down to look at the paw, just stood there and told us to have it looked at by our vet. We pressed further about an initial opinion or if she had seen this... read more
I do not feel the facility as a whole is very caring about how anyone feels or their animals. I repeatedly had to remind the nurse and the vet my cat was a female not a male. When I did not agree to let them just charge me for whatever they made us wait extremely long to see the vet. Another couple came in after us who were seen almost the same time we were but they agreed to the charges. None of the staff seemed very caring until after they had to put my cat down and then I was told they were sorry. If it had not been for m... read more
Don't take your dog to them or cat They overcharged me I know there's nothing I can do about but beware double charge on our bill and they wanted to charge more. The anxiety they gave me was the worst experience at veterinarian office that I have had in 60 years of taking animals to vets.
These people turned a terrible diagnosis into a horrible experience that made losing our beloved dog even harder. For 5 days we waited as our sweet Bella endured a diagnosis of end stage renal failure and treatment to attempt to stabilize her. Every 12 hours, we were either told that she was improving or that we were wasting our time. The techs were rude and dismissive, cutting us nasty looks when we asked to spend time with her and then saying things like, "you're only gonna be here for a few minutes, right?" Our special do... read more
Incompetent and beyond expensive! Had our pup not collapsed we would have taken her to our own vet who we have used for over 15+ years. I could go on and on about various interactions, but the long and short: 1) they did not want to release her to our vet and 2) she was given 6 medications when they failed to diagnosis her knowing full well she was to see our vet the next day. When questioned, the tech stated she is a very sick dog, but without a diagnosis -- why did they want me to pound her with pills???? With all due re... read more
They start out by taking your dog away from you while you wait in the waiting room, but we knew our dog was very sick when we were referred to them. The admitting dr insisted that it was just arthritis (on a 7 year old dog). Fast forward to over 48 hrs later and we were told to say goodbye to our dog. Our young died just as sick as he was when he was admitted. You never deal with the same dr, and they make sure to give alternating opinions. Every other call we got was positive, every other negative. It appeared to be a plo... read more
My pug was diagnosed with pancreatitis. We were sent here from my vet because the other veterinary hospitals didn't have any open appointments for 2-3 days. My dog was in and out of the hospital twice at this place (the last time he spent 9 days there before we decided to bring him home). We spent thousands of dollars with this place and my dog died. It was a huge emotional rollercoaster ride there. One day they would say he was nearing the end and the next day they would say he was getting better. This treatment was always ... read more
