I love my car but I hate the wait time for oil chg,3-4 hr wait time,need to set up something in the east side,cuz it is far and waiting is long

Went yesterday 15 mins early since I just got off of work (apt was at 4:30) & I was in the express line for service and no one attended to me, there were cars in front of me that were just parked, no one in them. All workers were just walking by. Then Steven Talamantes was the service assistant and was the worst. I mentioned to him my car was showing “tire maintenance” on the screen hoping to have further information what that means since I know nothing of cars. He just says “well tire maintenance…” no help. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been at there dealership for about 3 hours and still no car or any kind of deal.. salesman already started working with someone else while we were waiting. I am very disappointed in my visit.

El servicio es pésimo, en todos los departamentos. Llegue al hacer el cambio de aceite a mi camioneta con cita previa y espere tres horas porque no sabían que necesitaban un filtro especial para mi camioneta siendo que ahí la compre y solo ahí le he echo los cambios de aceite. Y en otra ocasión de cambio de aceite también le dejaron pegado a mi camioneta una base de metal del elevador de vehículo que se pone en el chasis para levantar mientras se hace el servicio. The first time I took my car for an oil change I had to take it back because it was leaking oil it turns out they over filled my oil and that’s why it was leaking the 2 time I waited there for 7 hours for an oil change and sensor replacement the CSR was supposed to get me a shuttle to take me to work and she never did .. Sorry to say they have very poor service and their car wash is not the best .. Hopefully my next oil change doesn’t take 7 hours

To get a oil change it took 4 1/2 hours. Then they told me that my car was in the car wash and it should be soon. The time elapsed. When they brought me the car it wasn’t washed and when asked about it they said the car wash was not working. I personally think it was a stalling technique. I called two ahead and told them we had the bumper coming off snd it needs to be looked at. I even said can we make an appointment snd I was told no. The part for the bumper is going to be $120.00 with out labor.

Good customer service at the beginning but waited almost 3 hours to be ready. I went in at 1030sh for my oil change and took them that extra hour and a half to get my car ready from the wash. Nice people and all but took too long to get my car ready and I just went for an oil change.

I began calling the dealership early in the morning according to your posted hours of business. Nobody answered. I continued for 4 hours and still no answer. When I finally got through the excuse given was “we were in meetings”…..imagine had i been interested in upgrading my vehicle to a $60k SUV. My original request was an oil change. At the end of the day I hadn’t received a phone call telling me my vehicle was ready. I had to call and verify.
