No way 2 weeks for an oil change wooaw….. so now i have to pay for an oil change on my car what a day…

had to return to many times to get tge contract. salesman chased my wife down to give her two shirts supposedly was meant to be given at time of purchase. he coukd have brought the contract but didnt. when signing paperwork neither I or myself recall signing off on the monthly payment. not until we went to our gecu who financed the truck did we see the monthly would be $549.00! if we had seen that we would not have purchased the vehicle. we are both senior citizens and feel we were taken advantage of for that reason. a... read more

Purchase a brand new Nissan Sentra SR from This dealership. Only 2 weeks later had to have it towed in because the engine was stuttering And check engine light was flashing. They said they fixed it and three days later it started happening again. I left it there for three days in service and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Got it back was heading to San Antonio this morning and the same problem happen again. I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership this car doesn’t even have 1000 miles... read more

They have to change the way they do things at that place. Their's NO communication between the Sales Managers, Finance with customers. At least not with us. Better treatment by the staff. Very Sarcastic people there. Especially at this time where going in person is difficult for some people. The only person that went above and beyongd for us were Lalli,and Sunny that tried his best to assist us. Los carros estan muy bonitos, pero el servicio al cliente esta terrible enpezando desde el sales man, finances hasta el manager, muy despotas y prepotentes hasta parece que ellos te estan comprando el carro, en vez de tener una experience agradable al comprar un vehiculo se vilvio en una verdadera pesadilla con estos tipos que no tienen nada de cortecia ni amabilidad...si van a comprar un vehiculo les recomiendo que eviten este lugar...

friendly staff but not today. girl was not friendly at all. I felt as if I was bothering her.
