Once the staff makes a sale they no longer care about you. I bought a car that had a couple of scuffs in the paint and they promised to give me the paint to touch it up and I never received it. And now every time I call they act like I'm crazy. many of the salesmen are very unprofessional and beat around the bush when you try to ask them to do something for you. Worsted service ever, even for frequent customers. There are 0 committeeman with the customer from the sales team. This is the final chapter of my history with this company. I am still waiting on the person from customer complaint to call me back. worst place to buy a car from! finance dept couldn't get paperwork done right several times; bank and I had to fix it in the end. salesman never cared once he got the sale. thank God for the lady in the license plates dept!

Traded in the Nissan for a 2019 Dodge Challenger 😂 We bought our brand new 2019 Nissan Altima from here around 8 months ago. Since then, we’ve had constant issues. This is the second car they gave us because the first one we drove off the lot was malfunctioning. The second one started malfunctioning as well. We had to have the entire radio system replaced, tint replaced, and now there are sensors going out. THIS CAR ISN’T EVEN A YEAR OLD YET! hace 2 semanas saque un carro ahí según ellos aprobado x el banco el día de ayer me hablaron con engaños. que mi firma no estaba muy legible. pero cuando llegue me dijieon que no estaba aprobado según el banco se equivocó y no fue aprobado dicho crédito. siendo que tuve que regresar el carro.
