hace 2 semanas saque un carro ahí según ellos aprobado x el banco el día de ayer me hablaron con engaños. que mi firma no estaba muy legible. pero cuando llegue me dijieon que no estaba aprobado según el banco se equivocó y no fue aprobado dicho crédito. siendo que tuve que regresar el carro.

I’m going to try to keep my review short and straight to the point. I always go for my oil change as it is really close and I have a 2018 Nissan Sentra that I purchase new. On about my 3rd oil change, I went in and told them I want just the oil change and nothing else. When I return to pick up my car and pay my bill turns out they decided to top off all the fluids in my car and rotated my tires, even though I had purchased all 4 news tires because all the factory tires had popped within 8,000 of driving the car. To share! If you get a flyer like this then if they are weighing A FRAUD! First he makes you an appointment and then when you arrive, of course they offer you their cars. Then they talk to a driver to authorize your prize. The driver tells you that if they have already compared your winning number with the prize board and then when comparing he tells you Yes, you won some earpods and they are wireless. I Didn’t go there to buy or wouldn’t have bought from there personally , But I Was harassed by the finance manager to sign off a title for a trade in that I co-signed for . Got there and they pretended to be super friendly . 15 days later and my sisters vehicle has been in the shop for 8 days. Keep in mind it is an allegedly “certified pre-owned” 2019 Nissan Pathfinder with 800miles and they can’t figure out the noise problem the vehicle is making. Horrible service, bouncing checks for employees, no payments for employees in 15 days, this is disappointing for the city of El Paso.
