I’m glad they added ground turkey to my salt burger. The fries were lukewarm and droopy. And please fix the wine cooler. The moscato was warm (should be cold in case you didn’t know).

Waited 25min later than reservation! No real big deal could of actually apologized! I got prime rib special was good but over cooked medium was more medium well ! Had way better at a way cheaper and lower class restaurant! Had high hopes it would be the best! No it was not thought 1of are apps was a little pricey steak spring rolls really good only 3 of them!! Was my 2nd time there would come back but probably try something else next time! O

Took an hour to get our food and my prime rib was well done instead of medium rare.

It took to long for food to come. Food is good but very pricey.

Disappointed with the lobster bisque you could hardly tell there was lobster in it and it was chunky the catchup should’ve been served on the side for the spring rolls. Instead, they were put on top of it, and I had to wipe the spicy catchup off

Went for prime rib special. Bartender, Wilson served us before we were seated and was great. Once seated our waitress is where the problem began. JD was our server and seemed to be in a bad mood. Not personable and actually a little rude. Prime rib was very good and cooked as ordered. After desert asked for the check and literally dropped on the table from JD. No thank you for coming have a good night. Just a very cold individual that ruined what would have been a great meal overlooking the water.

The food was good, but it took a long time to come out over an hour we waited and party of 4 with no appetizers ordered.

Great views, terrific service. the decor is a bit dated but so is the tropicana in general. The filet mignon was disappointing, it had a bioled texture and was clearly not cooked in cast iron. Tender but obviously frozen, not fresh. the salad and fried cheese curds were pretty good. the rolls were horrible, again not fresh. obviously pre-made and baked again so rock hard as soon as they cooled off. The staff was awesome, super great service, but the price for the food I wouldnt eat here again.

If this had been our first meal at Chelsea Five, we would NEVER go back! I ordered the shrimp cocktail and my husband the calamari. They brought my shrimp and ten minutes later they brought the calamari. And then 4 minutes later, they brought our entree's. Do we eat our hot calamari or let that get cold so that we can eat our entree's hot? My husband's steak was well done when he asked for it medium rare.
