Had reservations for 8:30. Got there at 8:40 and they wouldn’t take us. Other couples also had reservations for that time waiting to be seated and were also turned down.

I wanted to try this place because it had such high ratings. Well, it was a little for me. Our waitress was ok. Started to wonder if our food would come before the Second Coming! The Blue Crab dip and that was tasty. However, the shrimp tacos I had as my entree were bland, unseasoned, and the cabbage on the tacos had a yellow hue which meant that it was probably old. Needless to say, this place did not live up to the hype for me. The only thing I thoroughly enjoyed was the view.

We were not sat until 30 minutes after our reservation. Waited about 30 minutes for a sever to take our drink order, decided to put food order in then as well because they seemed busy. After waiting another 30 minutes and still had not received our drinks we left. Needless to say we left hungry and thirsty. Will not come back

Me and my family had a horrible dinner at the gastropub on the 31 of December 2023, with a reservation we waited 50 min to be seated, the serve forgot the sparkling water we ordered for the table twice, my husband went to the bar to get it because it never came, the serve also forgot my aunt dinner, her food came after we finished, server never apologized for the mistakes she made, the food wasn’t good either just average, nothing special, please don’t waste your money there!

A wait for more than an hour is unacceptable, eating at 10:30 pm is ridiculous. The manager could have offered us some apps or a glass of water. He was no help what do ever. The server bob was excellent, he was the only one to apologize for the wait. He should be the manager. Will not go there again.

We waited an hour and five minutes to be seated and when we ordered we had to rush as the kitchen was about to close Half of the drinks order had to be ordered again and again. When the food came it was far from what we ordered and half of it was left on the table. Terrible experience.

Extremely slow service. Food not served as ordered. Medium well burger was rare and linguine ordered al dente was mushy.

A beautiful setting and a killer view. We waited a long time for our food and the steak was overdone. We overheard the table next to us sending steaks back twice and leaving without eating. Aside from that the staff was kind and helpful.

Not crowded and waited 40 minutes for food. Once arrived food cold and needed to be returned. Foodvquality not worthy of the pricing. It appeared understaffed as well.
